Football My interests are football where I support the best team every to grace the football terraces, who else but, Manchester United. Over the past five years Manchester United have rose to fame in the footballing scene. Over the years they have won many many trophies including the premiership and FA cup, but the major trophy in Alex Fergusons eyes, the Champions League, has eluded him so far. The strength and depth of the team last year meant that they made it to the quarter finals only to be knocked out by Monaco on away goals. The injury to many players including Ryan Giggs came at a crutial time and left the team weakened. This year though hopes are high as Giggs has recovered from his recent hamstring injury and the new signings of Dwight Yorke and Japp Stam has strengthened both ends of the team. Jesper Blomquivst has added the security down the left flank and has covered well for Giggs when he has been injured or rested. The draw agenst Inter Milan hasent helped but with news that Ronaldo is injured and not likely to play luck could be on our side. | |||||||||||||||||

Grand Prix I also like watching the odd grand prix, and think Damon Hill is the best driver in the world at present. This is the Jordan Mugen-Honda 199: After Jordan's first win last year and there first on two also the team will be hoping to improve on that with the revised car. At the end of the year the team landed in a well deserved forth place, the first time in many years that an outsider had split the top four teams, Ferrari, Williams, McLaren, and Beneton. Lets hope they have a great season and win a few more Grand Prix. | |||||||||||||||||
